Meet The MOCEAN Dream Team
We require all MOCEAN employees to adopt the "work hard, play harder" philosophy to help them stay sane while working retail, on Cape Cod, in the Summertime (let that sink in for a minute.) We also encourage them to find their own special way to continue to spread the Cape Cod Aloha~the magical and mysterious feeling you get when you cross the bridge on to good 'ol Cape Cod.
We are only as good as the people on our team, so we set out to hire the BEST rockstars on the sandbar!
