Our Flagship Store at Mashpee Commons:
We live what we sell and we live life in MOCEAN! You will be helping customers purchase all the greatest gear for life on Cape Cod including paddle boards & kayaks, as well as all your favorites from Prana, Billabong, O'Neill, Olu Kai, Patagonia and MORE! You will have the BEST work uniform ever.
Join the best outdoor adventure store on Cape Cod and grow with us. We are offering positions with room for growth and advancement as we seek to expand and promote from within.
We are seeking qualified applicants with previous experience in the following areas:
~Assistant Manager: previous retail leadership experience with a proven track record. Ability to lead by example, own tasks until completion. You will be responsible for various day to day tasks and must have the ability to multitask and offer customers the BEST shopping experience on Cape Cod. 20-30hrs a week could grow to 40
~Sales Crew: 2-3 shifts per week. Ability to assist ANY customer with the passion and pursuit of the most amazing customer experience. (seasonal & year round)
~Stock Room Lead: help our distribution pipeline from the back room to the floor. Liaison with crew and management on product flow, receiving and properly organizing a high traffic, high flow stock room. (year round position)
****OSTERVILLE Main Street****
We have dropped anchor and opened our coastal boutique on main street! We have IMMEDIATEopenings for key holders and floor staff. Previous experience with customer service is a must! A great environment for self motivated individuals to get creative and grow with us! Seasonal positions available. We are also seeking key holders for Osterville through January! Prove yourself and move to MOCEAN for the winter and join us!
